Owner of American Storage South. Rob has over two decades of experience in owning and operating self-storage facilities in the North Carolina market. He is always looking for new and innovative ways to service his customers. You can usually find him out on site completing site audits or helping our maintenance team in his iconic year-round flip flops.
Mason Shaw
Director of Operations
Mason makes sure the lights are on, the gates are working, and your units are clean. If you have a problem, she can fix it. The auto-attendants in our main offices are named in her likeness for this very reason. They can do everything she can do!
Kaitlin Moriarty

Kaitlin is ready to help you find your ideal storage unit! Whether you have questions about your account, want to transfer to a new unit, or need help with our mobile app, she is happy to help. She is ready to greet you and make your move-in process seamless via our two-way video at any of our three locations.

If you catch Michael on the two-way video software, it’s your lucky day. Michael is the brains and organization behind the scenes of all our company’s interactive software. Outside of perfecting our mobile application, two-way video software, and auto-attendant, he is also well-equipped to help and assist you with all your storage needs.

You can find Domingo every day of the week except for Sunday’s, like his namesake. If you see Domingo on-site, give him a wave! He upkeeps the property, cleans and fixes damaged units, and much more!
