FAQs

  • When can I move in?

If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours.

  • What are the access hours?

Normal gate access hours are 6am-10pm. You can purchase 24-hour gate access for $10/mo.

  • What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

  • Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.

  • How do I make a payment?

We do not accept payments in person or over the phone, all payments must be made online using our payment portal or through automatic billing which can be set up on line or with the assistance of a storage manager

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

Checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, and cash.

  • Do I need insurance or protection on my belongings?

Yes, we require protection for your contents. Our insurance doesn’t cover the contents of your storage unit, so we do require some type of coverage on your belongings. We offer two options, a $3,000 protection plan for $12/mo or a $5,000 protection plan for $21/mo. For additional information, contact your store manager.

  • How do I know how much storage space I will need?

You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call our manager for assistance.

  • Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

  • Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you 24-HR access to your unit.

  • What do I do with the lock when I move out?

When you are ready to move out, make sure to give us a 5 day written notice. Since all contracts are month-to-month we need this notice in order to be able to close out your account successfully. When you finish your move-out, you may keep the lock and key. If you do not need the lock and key, place it inside your unit with the door closed so we know you have vacated your unit.

  • Do you have a referral program?

We love our customers and believe in the value of our business. If someone you know needs storage, send them our way and we will send you $75! Make sure they mention you by name in the comments section of their move-in survey. Referrals are paid out after the first full-price month in the unit.

  • Do I need to bring a lock?

No, we provide a lock free of charge.

  • What do I do when I no longer need the storage unit?

We require a 5 day written notice, in the form of email, for documentation. Please send an email to [email protected] including your location of storage, unit number, intended date of move out, and pictures of the empty unit to expedite the move out process.
